You’ll find our Cabin is stocked with essential amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. While many disposable items (e.g. paper towels or detergents) are included in the rental, there are limited quantities and longer stays will require guests to purchase additional supplies.

KITCHEN: the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with french door fridge with ice maker, two dishwashers, induction cooktop with oven-airfryer combo and microwave. An abundance of cooking utensils, flatware, tableware, mugs and various beverage cups. You’ll also enjoy our MocaMaster coffee maker and Baratza burr grinder, toaster oven, blender, and other kitchen essentials. We also provide several paper towel rolls, dish soap, dish detergent and trash bags.
There is also a large propane Grill and grill tools located on the deck off the dining room.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: all bedrooms have an en suite bath. Bedrooms are furnished with king size beds, plush bedding & linens, feather and hypoallergenic pillows, and feather comforter with duvet. 4 of 5 bedrooms have desk/work areas. Our Bathrooms offer a variety of fresh towels, luxurious body, hair and hand soaps by Pharmacopia, and toilet paper rolls. A hair dryer is available on each level. Some spare linens are on-site for convenience.

This is our favorite question! Our Cabin is easily accessible via a normal mountain road. From the community entrance, it’s a short 90 second drive up a County maintained road, and no SUV is required. You can enjoy the convenience of accessing your cabin without any concerns about challenging terrain or scary roads. (Snow and Ice present expected challenges)

Our private driveway can comfortably park 4-6 vehicles depending on size/type. There is NO street parking allowed. Please contact us if you have any special parking needs or questions.

Our Cabin is in the tranquil Laughing Pines mountain community in Sevierville, TN. We’re far enough from the action to enjoy nature’s peaceful sounds, but so conveniently located to all major attractions, restaurants and activities.

Our Cabin is an easy 10 minute drive to supermarkets, Pigeon Forge’s Parkway, and Wears Valley; 20 minutes or less to Dollywood, GSM National Park, Tanger Outlets, and Gatlinburg Golf Course; and 30 minutes or less to Gatlinburg and Townsend. Situated on the west side of Pigeon Forge, you’ll find getting to and from Knoxville (TYS) airport is smoother when you’re not caught crossing through Pigeon Forge Parkway traffic!

Our Cabin is convenient designed for a simple, self Check-in. Day’s prior to arrival, you’ll receive a unique Door Code that you’ll need to access the Front entrance. Door Codes are only active from Check-in to Check-out.

Check-in is 4pm and Check-out is 10am EST. Any exceptions must be made in advance and could result in added costs. Please contact us for further details.

It’s quite possible you will see Bears by the Cabin or nearby, but it’s highly unpredictable. PLEASE NOTE, there are several bear safety practices we ask guests to abide by:

1. Absolutely DO NOT feed or put out food to attract bears. Just Google it, it’s very dangerous for both humans and bears, and typically does not end well for the bears, and sometimes the humans. Please protect them and yourselves, and just let any bear sighting be natural and keep your distance.

2. Guests should always lock all house and car doors. Bears can and will open doors, cause damage, and possibly injury.

3. Trash should be placed in the Bear safe metal trash bins by the curb, with the latch fastened.

We love animals and have 4 dogs ourselves! But unfortunately, we do NOT allow pets.
